The house is located in the heart of Marmaras city, right next to a small square with lots of restaurants and the local market and amenities. The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very nice people and always up for a chat to make you feel welcome and give you information about options in the city or nearby beaches to visit. The house is also very close to the city's primary school which works as a public parking lot for the summer months, so no need to search for a parking space around. Highly recommended accommodation for anyone planning to spend time at Marmaras and the surrounding areas.

Alterra Vita was the best choice we could make for our holiday this year. The atmosphere was very nice. We had a feeling that we were visiting friends. Our stay was wonderful! The villa was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the spectacular view from the villa. Watching the sunset from the pool was pure bliss.
