This was probably the best place we ever stayed in Greece. It is brand new, has that sense of exclusivity, rooms are excellent and had everything we needed. It is set on 2 floors and both rooms have a very nice terrace where the sea view is amazing! Swimming pool is fantastic, perfect to relax after a hot day at the surrounding beaches. Great for taking photos too. There is a bar where you can order drinks. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options for most tastes. There are many great photographs of this place on Booking, but believe me when I say that this place looks even better live! Location is great, secluded from fairly busy Sarti during the season (3km away). Parking is available and easy to use. There are many great beaches around, easily reachable by car. Last but not the least, the hosts, they are the best hosts we ever had, made us feel very welcomed and like home! Thank you so much, this place is perfect because of you!

Theofilos and his wife are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like home. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay with kids, even more. The yard is perfect for chilling out with friends after a day on the beach. We had a wonderful vacation! Totally recommend!

We recommend this villa for many reasons: because the rooms were spacious and clean, because the view was unique (from the terrace by the room,from the pool and also from the garden),the breakfasts were big and tasty, the surrounding was quiet. Moreover, the owners were very nice, caring and helpful (during our stay and also afterwards in delivering our forgotten things) 10/10

A new family run hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Halkidiki. If you need a peaceful and relaxing break, this is the perfect place. The guys are so kind and helpful. They upgraded our room to a bigger one. The terraces are huge with amazing views. The sea and sunset directly in front of you. You can choose between the picturesque sea front and the clear water swimming pool if you like swimming. Clean and spacey rooms with large open view windows. Comfortable beds and pillows. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need anything whatever you just ask the guys and they will provide it for you. I definitely recommend this wonderful place and would come back for another romantic holiday .
