An ideal place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay on Skopelos! Beautiful view of the city from afar makes breakfast and dinner on the balcony very pleasant. The room, the whole building and the area surrounding it is well-kept and very clean. It has a small kitchen, enough to do meals and store food. The owners are super friendly, caring and informative. It is best to have a car or a scooter during the stay because of the location (30min by foot from the city center), but if you're a walker (like we are), you'll do just fine. The view and peacefulness definitely makes up for the distance!

Me and my partner loved this accommodation! Not too far from the center of Skopelos town, a little bit up hill though but totally worth it because of the amazing view of the town from our balcony! The owners are super friendly, you could really feel the Greek hospitality <3 both he and his mother had a great service and were really kind to us! Would recommend to also rent a scooter to get around the island and their price for renting one was really cheap in comparison with other companies on the island! We would definitely come back to this place in the future <33

They let us do the check in 2 hours earlier since our ferry was in the morning hours. The location is very peaceful and quiet, however the skopelos town is only five minute drive away and so is the nearest shop. The room was very clean and they even changed the towels during our 5 day stay. The air conditioning was working perfectly. There is plenty of parking space around the house and the surroundings are beautiful, full of olive trees.

Our stay at Spiros Rooms was really amazing. We stayed there for 10 nights in one of the downstairs studio’s with kitchen. We cannot be more enthusiastic about the hospitality of Gioula and the rest of the ‘team’. What they offer is truly hospitality to the max and they are so pleasant and kind. The whole atmosphere and vibe of the place feels incredibly good and everything is very well taken care of. They think of all the details, one day we had a little rain to be expected and they put an umbrella outside every room. Every now and then they brought us goodies like little pastries and homegrown tomatoes. And when you arrive there is homemade marmalade in your fridge and some snacks to enjoy. They truly take care of their guests! The room was very nicely decorated and has everything you need, also for a longer stay. The cleaning everyday was exceptionally good. The garden is a haven of tranquility and has all these lovely handpainted details. It’s a very quiet place, because it’s a 10 minute walk to the main road of Panormos with all the café’s, restaurants and of course the beach. Walking there is very nice, but if you don’t feel like it, there are bikes that you can just take with you to go around Panormos. We hope to come back one day to this beautiful place and kind people. The location was great. Very close both to the port and to the old city. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the rooms were super clean with a person in charge who was cleaning the rooms every day. There was a lovely balcony at the room in which you could sit and the studios are close to a beautifull beach with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Definitely recommendable. Would visit again.
