Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. We accidentally broke a cup and initially needed to pay for it. However the manager / owner decided to waive the penalty fee. Definitely recommended. 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

Very clean and tidy! I absolutely loved staying there. The owner is very sweet and answers to texts very fast. I would 100% recommend it! Very near to the metro station and only couple of stations away from Stars Avenue and Victoria Dockside.

Location is good. Ibu Enty from Indonesia is very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Has refrigerator. Towels are changed everyday. Good air-conditioning, good WiFi , and good warm water for bath. Airport bus A21 is just in front .

The location was very accessible. It's only a few steps from the Tsim Sha Tsui station & bus stops where you can catch the A21 bus to and from the airport. The room was clean & they had a room for 4 people, which was perfect for my family. The staff was nice and responsive, especially the night staff Sam, who made sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Such a lovely hostel. It can be hard to find a good, cheap, clean, quiet hostel right on nathan road and this was perfect. Self check in is a nice bonus also.

I give 5 stars to this guest house - top location (right in the city center), 2 minutes from the metro station. It really is in a great location. The staff is so kind, smiling and friendly. It will help you with everything you need. Cleanliness is at a very high level. The only minus is that for two quite tall people like us, with a lot of luggage, the bed and the room in general was narrow. But for up to two nights it is tolerable. :) Thank you so much for everything!
