Fantastic service by the manager / owner. Overall very friendly and helpful. Goes the extra mile to support and assist us. Provided good and useful information. The location is the best, that's it. The size of the room is just a common thing in Hong Kong because of the lack of the land territory for this country, so just deal with it. Still, it was comfortable to be here just for overnight, because you have to explore Hong Kong, not just sit in the hotel the whole days.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Super clean room with comfortable beds. It is just as seen in the photos, a not very large room but excellent service. With an incredible location, the metro stop is right in front of the door, located on one of the main streets. The best of all is the lady who runs the hotel, a super nice and welcoming person. She has helped us with absolutely everything, always ready for anything you need.
