Fabulous place with the most comfortable bed I ever had in a b&b. We both slept like babies (it's also very peaceful and quiet). Everything was clean and had a nice smell. Great spacious bathroom. Nice view from the window towards the garden and sea. The room has a small fridge and a kettle. A free car park is a great additional plus - most parking garages will charge you €50 per day. Walking distance from the old town. We had an early dinner in the pizzeria next to the gate (pizzeria Tomato, very reasonably priced for Dubrovnik and good pizza and house wine). Breakfast is an extra €10 if you ask the owners.

Everything, excellent location and super helpful host. We had a lovely wee balcony to sit and have a drink. Everything at your door step yet quiet at night. Comfortable beds, super clean, new facilities. Couldn’t ask for better.

At first, the number of steps up from the Stradun (main street of Old Town Dubrovnik) to the front door and then the stairs to our apartment (on the top floor) were daunting, but by the end of our stay they had become second nature. Our manager, Biba, went above and beyond in assisting us with a porter to carry our luggage up and down and in responding instantly to our every request, even when she was unwell, recommending places of interest, tours, restaurants, etc.; Biba made our stay all that more enjoyable Our room was compact and comfortable, cosy, quiet at night and clean; all facilities were available. The apartments are ideally located in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, just minutes away from everything.

Everything it was superb the location was excellent you were in the heart of old town with everything at your doorstop. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and I note others made comment on no lifts in Dubrovnik lifts are not allowed to be added to the buildings as they are UNESCO listed. If that’s important don’t stay in old town, but you only carry bags up once and down once and we were offered help to carry up. The little touches of the sun strawhat, L’Occitane toiletries were lovely. I’d stay again!

When we arrived at this Villa, the first thing we noticed was the breathtaking ocean view. The view was simply stunning and made us feel instantly relaxed. The Villa's architecture was also very unique and memorable. Every detail was designed with care and attention, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the Villa were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice and assistance. They greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The breakfast at the hotel was the most impressive part of our stay. The Villa used a wide variety of local ingredients to create the most exquisite and colorful dishes. Every bite was a delight to our taste buds, showing the thought and effort that went into every dish.
