Excellent location in Mlini - directly in front of the beach. Amazing views from the property. Solid Wi-Fi access. Real homely feel at the guesthouse. Great assistance & recommendations from Boško, the host. Takes barely 15 minutes by taxi from Mlini to the Dubrovnik Old Town, however, the Boat Taxi from the Mlini harbour is a much cooler option & also cheaper for a solo traveller (and definitely faster than a taxi during peak traffic times).

1.7 km from Kupari Beach, Francesca Guesthouse & Vardia Winery is a recently renovated property set in Mlini and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

I had an excellent stay at Rooms Papa! The apartment was perfectly clean and very close to the beach. The shared kitchen is also super clean and has everything you need, including a microwave oven, so it was very easy to prepare meals. Katarina is a wonderful host and very helpful. I was even allowed a late check-out. Would love to come back next year.

Highly recommend Location, flat walking distance to main shopping plaza maybe 200 meters, & beautiful srebreno beach. Hostess Tonka was very hospitable & accommodating of any needs. Husband even offered to drive my father to emergency dentist & chemist. Husband offers service to drive to local airport. Very convenient. We were made to feel very well welcomed. Very clean & modern rooms & apartment. I definitely book an apartment next time.

The location was fantastic, in the center of the old town, a few steps above the main road so it was quiet. The rooms are small but very clean and nicely decorated. Mrs. Viva who runs them is amazing, knowledgeable about everything, she suggested restaurants were great choices, she helped us find transportation to where we wanted to go, anything we needed and we texted her, she responded immediately and helped us with everything . I highly recommend it and consider it a great choice for someone who wants to go to Dubrovnik and stay in a great place, in the old town, with great service.

Friendly, professional and helpful staff, always smiling at you and making you feel good about being there. They helped us with carrying our bags and they also gave us great recommendations of what to do in the city. We received complimentary water AND a bottle of wine. The breakfast is a-la-carte! We had a great time!
