I loved my stay at this hotel. I don't have any negative comments. It's located near a bus stop and tram stop which bring you to the city centre. The airport is about 20min by taxi and taxi prices are reasonable. The central bus station is a few minutes away on the tram. The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were all kind smiley and helpful. Everything i needed was provided. Below is a bar or cafe but for me it wasn't noisy.

Everything was perfect! Communication with Josip and service in general were impeccable. The room and the rest of the apartment were spotlessly clean. The bedding smelled wonderful :). The location is excellent. The apartment is very well connected to the city centre, and the bus station is very close. Absolute recommendations for this apartment and Josip! The room (1) is pretty new, tasteful decorated and fancy. It is located upstairs of Buffet Valentino. Communication was good through the Booking app since there is not physical interaction with anyone. They sent you a code and you are good to enter the room. Anyways they respond quickly to any question you may have. The size of the room was ok (not really big). The amenities in the room are good (water boiler included) and the bathroom is nice. There is A/A but no fridge. The room is pretty quiet and the neighbourhood is ok. It is located in a Zagreb suburb but in front of the apartment you can take the bus which runs every 10 mins and takes you to city center. Around the apartment there are two supermarkets Konzum and Studenac and a kiosk. About 10 minutes walking there is a big mall.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. The room was clean with new modern furnitures, really pleasant. Marco (the manager) was very professional and was waiting for us to explain in details anything we need regarding the apartment or any other question we have about the City. Paon are the most beautiful apartments in the best location in Zagreb. We stayed as a family of 5 and were welcomed by kind hosts where nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were spotless and modern but with a historic charm that was kept after renovation. Comfy beds, super quiet, air conditioning, rain showers and a 5 minute walk to some of Zagreb’s best restaurants. Next time in Zagreb, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else.
