We planned a 10 day tour of Bandung and started our trip with 4 nights stay at Rumah Lerang so that we could have a leisurely stay in the hills of Bandung to enjoy the fresh air and cool weather. We made the right choice to choose Rumah Lereng and enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Gugun and his wife, Pepit, are excellent hosts and Pepit is also an excellent cook. All our meals during our stay were prepared by Pepit and we loved all the food she cooked. We will surely be back again to Rumah Lereng!

If this was a diamond ring, I would say the diamond setting was exquisite. This property is perfect for the old village feel with the sites and attractions within walking distance. The staff and management are engaging yet not overbearing. I left my earbuds in the room and with 5 min to spare before I boarded the train, they were returned to me. (this saved my marriage:) ). Thank you and I wish I had found you earlier as I spent 3 days in Bandung. The view crowning facility is the rooftop garden. Thank you

The hotel was really clean — a true price-performance gem. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. It has every amenity you could need, and the bathroom is quite large and functional. They offer both local specialties and standard breakfast items, and the fact that it's a buffet is another great advantage. I’d also like to express my thanks to the staff. They were all genuinely helpful and friendly (just like the kind-hearted Indonesian people in general 🙂). They assist you during check-in and check-out without making things difficult. If you're coming to Bandung, there's no need to look elsewhere — just stay here and relax. VERY clean! Not only a good smell, but definitely cleaned well. 24/7 reception. Amazing personell and help! The street feels safe. We went with 3 (mom, dad, son) and prioritize these things for a good price. This is the perfect spot for it's price. With a taxi, the price to drive here is good (we used grab). There's free hot water (aqua stands) on every floor. You can smoke on the floors but only the lobby sections. For wifi: you get a voucher for the amount of days you stay.
