There are 3 slightly different bungallows. I took the simpliest, cheapest one with a close but seperate bathroom which was just perfect for me. The cosy garden is right next to the beach. Everything is tidy and clean. The owners, Sofia and her husband are really kind and supportive. If you long for a super calm retreat, it is your place. Still you can walk around the island vesides swimming and snorkelling and reach more touristy spots if you want. And probably you will also realize that Yellow Cocco is the no1 on Gili Gede!

Lumbung House features accommodation in Gili Gede. The property is non-smoking and is situated a few steps from Gili Gede Beach. At the inn, rooms have a terrace with a sea view.

This area was very difficult to choose because there were not many places to choose accommodation. Nevertheless, choosing this accommodation was the best option. Not only the host, but the working staff, Key, Wayan, and Eros all treated us like friends, and the pool and room were all wonderful. They introduced us to the tour at a reasonable price and joined us. Especially, spearfishing, which is not easy to experience, was so much fun. We had fun dancing and playing on the boat with them. I would like to sincerely recommend the Crystal Garden accommodation that made unforgettable memories for my family.

Really enjoyed my stay in the little bungalow here. The owner is super lovely and made me feel so at home. Its a little out of the way which is what I loved about it. If you follow her Whatsapp directions alllll the way to the end of the path you will find it no problem!

I had an amazing stay at Eternal in Mataram! Opened just 6 months ago, everything was increibly well-maintained and clean. The staff were exceptional, Terimakasih 🙏 The location is perfect for exploring Mataram. It's close to the university there are plenty of foo options. Access to a common kitchen always a plus.

Perfect place to stay while diving at belongas bay. Very welcoming family! The road there is challenging though, so beware of that if you don't have any experience with tricky roads on a scooter

Staff are extremely friendly, conversational and accommodating. They helped me set up the perfect romantic moment for a wedding proposal - we went for a snorkel at the surrounding Gilis, and while we were in the water they set up a beautiful spot to drink champagne and watch the sunset. Alain and Ita are wonderful people and we were sad to leave - the food that they make with their own recipes was of the highest quality and finest flavour. Their prices are also a lot lower than the rest of Gili Gede. Tanjungan should be on the top of the list for anyone visiting Gili Gede.
