My stay at Rumah Paros was unforgettable, offering an authentic Balinese experience in a serene and picturesque setting. Made’s gallery is something to look out for, he’s super talented. The rooms were cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with Balinese touches, making the stay feel even more special. Whether relaxing on the veranda or exploring nearby temples and markets, this homestay offered the perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Balinese culture.

The place is new, clean and aesthetic, in lovely surroundings, and with a nice pool. The owner took us for a morning walk on the rice fields and told us a lot about the local culture, and was really kind in general. A great place to rest.

This is such a special place, and like others have said, the pictures really don't do it justice. It's absolutely stunning - the pool and gardens, as well as the architecture. The owner and staff are all so friendly and ready to help if needed. There is so much love and care that's gone into creating this place. Luckily, we were the only guests at the time, so we had the pool to ourselves! The address that is shown on Booking is incorrect - the Google Maps address that shows the location as north of the main road is correct. The immediate surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. There are rice fields at the back that we walked through, which were nice. The other direction (a 5-minute walk away from the property) is a busy road - which seems to be the case in much of Bali. For us, it was a special place to stay for a couple of nights before heading towards the airport. The place is also open for photo shoots, which I was a bit worried about when I read it in the contract I was given to sign on arrival. But there was just a group on the last morning, which didn't really interrupt our stay. I think the staff will just need to ensure that the shoots don't affect the guests' experience of chilling by the pool, as a photo shoot has a very different energy!

Great value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, 10 minute walk to the monkey forest. Hotel staff organised a day tour for us and drove us to all the tourist attractions.

Really clean room and looking quite new, great pool, fabulous staff and delicious food. We stayed here cause we wanted to visit safari and am glad we've booked this place - took us 10 min by foot to reach the safari. We came a little bit earlier and they were so nice and gave us the room sooner. Thank you!

This place is a hidden gem in Ubud. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. The room design was super cute and made me feel right at home. The owner is such a kind and welcoming person, always helpful and full of good energy. The view from the upstairs room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. I also loved the quiet garden and the pool, since there weren’t many guests, it felt really private and relaxing. The location is just outside the busy center of Ubud, so it's very peaceful, but still really convenient, just a 10 minute scooter ride to town. The road to get there is a bit narrow and hidden, but I had no issues at all with motorbike access or Grab pickups. Would definitely come back :) such a special and tranquil place!

Everything is super clean and organized. Staff and owners are helpful, happy and kind… made me feel like I was at home. The location is wonderful, close to many restaurants, stores and touristic places; it is in the heart of Ubud center. I loved to stay at Arumasta and strongly recommend it.
