Lovely manager I arrived in the early morning by sleeping bus. My room wasn't free so they gave me another one just to have some rest.and managed to have my room ready quickly. The room just in front of the beach was totally OK.

Great place. The owner (Nano, I hope I spell it correctly) is very friendly and willing to help at any time (he also owns a restaurant on the beach). The rooms are specious, comfortable, balcony and large bathroom. I found the place very clean, and cleaning service is available upon request. The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of Patnem (one great street that leads to the beach with many shops around). Tons of restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby, plus the TikTok service who can take you to lovely Palolem, which you can walk if the weather is good, only 3 KM distance. I highly recommend the place. Not the cheapest one, but value for the money is the best. We'd love to come back again.

Large room with storage space and air conditioning and wifi in the room. We stayed here for 9 days and it was a lovely place to relax. The room was cleaned regularly. Best of all, the location is only a few minutes from the beach as well as a main road with plenty of restaurants and shops. For the price, we could not have asked for more!

This was our second stay at Hilias Retreat, which is located close to the beach and with nice, very clean rooms. The owners are always so helpful. We can highly recommend Hilias Retreat, will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at SAI Homestay. Everything was perfect! The hosts are incredibly friendly. The location is just a few meters from the beach and the city center with nice stores and places to eat. The rooms and bathrooms have been recently renovated and are perfectly clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We highly recommend this place !
