The location is very good, within walking distance of the attractions. For the Old Goa you can take local bus, from bus station, which is like 800 m distance. The owner will give you a map, and even a plan, how to visit Panaji (Panjim). Sharon and Roy will take care of you, like a mama and papa :) Very warm-hearted and helpful people, I had sore throat, they gave me medicine, and made ginger tea :) Spacious and clean rooms in a beautiful old house.

The location was very close to the heart of the city, and the beach, once can take a good walk around and not find it crowded by tourists, the place locality is very calm and clean. The room size was big enough for 3 persons. The host is really helpful and makes you feel at home be rest assured. The breakfast arrangement was good.
