in the neighborhood there is a market. I don’t know much more about, because I’ve needed just fir a night with my brother to overnight near Modena. It’s new renovated, with good Internet and smart Tv if it is important to somebody. The guys are kind and helpful. The guy who called me speaks English. In Italy it’s not a common thing.

The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

Our room was perfect, just what we needed for 3 nights. Very comfortable beds & spotless. The location is really the best & and close to everything. Massimo was outstanding. His attention to detail was next level. His recommendations for local restaurants & things to do was brilliant and he made us feel at home. We drove there & he arranged a disk for us to display in the car so we could park in the town. Thank you Massimo, we will definitely come and stay with you again when we are in Modena
