The host and her family were very kind and helpful despite the language barrier. We did not stay in the room much, but it was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The room was clean, and the coffee and drinks were good too.

I can not speak highly enough of the hosts of this property. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, helpful and hospitable, they made our trip very enjoyable. Being our first overseas trip, we were very new to how things worked and we wouldn't have survived without the patience and generosity of the hosts. The property itself was beautiful, breakfast was amazing too, wonderful selection and quality food. The room was spacious and very clean. Very close to the town, beach and lake. Hire a car to be able to travel freely around Latina and surrounding areas for Day trips. We were very comfortable staying here and did not want to leave. If we get the opportunity to come to Italy again, we will be staying here again. I can not recommend this property highly enough.

Brand new accommodation, absolutely beautiful apartment!! Very safe with keyed entry! Not very sure about the area, we only stayed one night and were with family so didn’t explore or look around!

Cute place to stay on our first night out of Rome that we booked it again coming back to Rome. Big and spacious room with utensils for cooking. Comfortable and big bathroom. Good wifi and free parking. Communication was easy and quick!

Newly renovated and very clean room. Everything went well and we were comfortable. Parking in the yard. We went to the gas station next door for breakfast.
