The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance: restaurants, sights, and the Duomo is just 15 minutes away on foot. The host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff do their best to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Due to our early train we couldn’t enjoy breakfast- stuff prepared us food and drinks forehead.Location is excellent-right on metro station. It takes 6 minutes by train to reach Duomo do Milano

Everything was 100% perfect, from the encounter with Giorgio, the manager, who had everything ready at my arrival. His full set of recommendations and instruction were great. The place is in an old classical Milano "Palazzo", very nice and the facilities are very well preserved and renovated. I was confused because I thought I read in the description that the pick up from the airport was included, but I can understand that this must have been a mistake. Typical italian "breakfast", a capuccino and a pastry was included, although because of an oversight I didn't get to the rael place, fully my fault. All in all, great! I will stay Household Settembrini no doubt, if I return to Milano.

The experience itself was one of the best things I've ever done and The room we choose was only 5 -10 min a walk from sansiro so that made it so easy for us to access everywhere. The room itself was clean , very spacious. Michela was so nice to guide us and explain us how to enter the room and also had left us some welcoming drinks in the room 🥰

The place is really great and right next to the Centrale train station. There's a gluten-free bakery nearby, buses and metro that will take you to all the tourist spots in Milano. The room was new, clean and even had a fridge, kettle and tea/coffee. What a nice surprise! It was easy to find. Felt secure and the building it's in is well maintained with a doorman. Frederico was attentive, proactive and even let me check in early. The bed and linen were great, even if the bed is a little soft. Very, very clean. Simple and elegant. A great room for a few nights in the city.
