Cleanliness of the room was perfect, we were greeted by the spotless clean room and fresh lavender smell, although I do not fancy lavender. This was not overwhelming and light, I liked it. The towels smelled perfectly clean, most of the stays the towels smell weird. This is just the opposite, a very important thing for me. Paola was really kind and communicative, willing to help with a lot. She really respects her job and the guests. This is much appreciated. Comfortable bed. Modern, clean and stylish bathroom. What more? I would stay here again, and not look for somewhere else in this region without a blink.

This apartment was great! The view of the mountains from the apartment was incredible and very relaxing. It's located away from traffic and chaos, but still really close to San Teodoro and all the main beaches in the area. However, you do need a car to get around. The host was very kind, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. Breakfast was also good — a great balance between price and quality. The apartment was spotless, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The host even came to clean the apartment three days into our stay, which was a nice touch. There are two dogs in the backyard — they might seem intimidating at first, but they’re actually very sweet and friendly. The backyard itself is also lovely, a perfect spot to relax.

The property is great, the room, the garden with swimming pool, sun beds, terraces for each room. The location is great. Elena, Paulo the host and their daughter Maria are very kind, very helpful, I felt they are very warm and welcoming as they were my relatives. The hotel has exceeded all expectations! We considered it for one night, and the cost was minimal in the area, but everything turned out to be better for this price. Everything is new, clean, the staff is excellent and helped in everything, the bus stop is opposite, the beach is a 15-minute walk away. It's strange that you put such a low price)
