We had a great stay at this brand-new accommodation in Palermo. Our host, Davide, is just starting out with renting, but he’s already doing everything right. We only realized later that the location is really excellent: one can reach the most important sightseeing spots by feet. I also particularly like the modern AC in the room: one can use it and sleep if deemed necessary. The host was also very welcoming and gave us useful hints.

The apartment was great. It was clean, everything looked new and it was very comfortable. In the apartment you will find a fridge and a coffee machine. A nice surprise were bottles of water and snacks. The location was very good. In a few minutes you can reach the city center. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Tatiana is a very nice and warm hostess who welcomed us like at home and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. If I ever come to Palermo again, I will stay here again. 😊

Very central, great location. Family run, Antonio the owner was nice enough to drive me to the airport (at a cost) however made a very calm check out morning instead of worrying about public transport.

Our Host was very nice and organized our Airport Transport. He had many suggestions which you could load to your phone. Everything was very uncomplicated. The room was very clean. Dante street leads right to City Center as described. We had a very nice stay!

Everything was great. My suite was close to the shopping center, attractions, food market, and generally everything in Palermo. It was about a twenty minute walk.
