Very nice villa in the calm area, 5 minutes on foot to the free beach. The host family is very friendly and helpful, and they do speak English. We were very pleased by the time we spent there. It was not always possible to connect to WiFi properly, but it is a minor issue.

Room - perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated, cleaned during the day. Location- perfect close everywhere. Breakfast- perfect. Erika (the owner) - perfect ++. One of the nicest and most sympathetic person I’ve met in Italy. Very helpful.

We loved this hotel. The location was incredible, it was situated in the center of everything in Livorno walking distance to all the restaurants, shops , supermarket etc. The owner Leonardo is wonderful, he drove us to the airport and picked us up from the port upon our arrival.
