Very nice and spacious room with modern bathroom. Cleanliness is very important for me and this accommodation was exceptional clean! Roberto was very friendly and explained everything in the room upon my arrival. He even provided complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. I only stayed for 1 night, but my experience was more than positive! 5/5 stars for me!

Everything was gorgeuos. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped with wardrobe and desk (electric kettle, usb chargers) very comfy. The bathroom was very good and clean (the shower a bit small but enough). The kitchen is also well equipped and you have everything you need. There were two things that I valued more from this place which is run by a family: the hosts were very helpful and friendly right form the start. And price, very good deal!!!

Very friendly and check in. We got many good tipps about what to do in Udine. The room was spacious and nicely designed. Bathroom was clean and new. We even had a small balcony and there was free coffee and some things to prepare our own breakfast. Location is perfect if you take public transport.

Duilio the owner is very nice and friendly! He received us a little bit early and also gave us a ride to the bus station next day! The apartment is super clean, the bathroom is very pretty. Also the Christmas decorations and music gave us a nice Winter ❄️ Christmas 🎄 feeling. He also prepared a very nice home made breakfast for us. It was good to share with Duilio as he is a local 🇮🇹, good experience for us! Thanks again Duilio!
