Our room had a lovely private terrace exclusive to our use, which was accessed directly through the room. The bathroom was renovated and very clean. The location was perfect within a short walking distance both from the center and the train station. The owner was very kind and attentive; helped us with luggage, offered great recomendations and answered all our questions about transportation etc. Great experience overall! Recomended.

Everything was a perfect. The location was good, the room was clean, the facilities were good, and the view from the terrace was wonderful. Also most importantly, the host was a wonderful person. He shared a lot of information about Laspezia for us and was willing to help us whenever we needed it. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Laspezia again next time.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!

ext mit deiner Kamera übersetzen Beautiful apartment, furnished with a lot of love and everything is brand new. We booked very spontaneously and everything worked out very quickly. Kuma was very friendly and helpful. It was all very straightforward. There was a fridge with water and cocke for us, as well as biscuits and coffee and tea.
