Nice and very affordable guesthouse near train station and Bamboo Forest. Masumi is a wonderful host! She made the extra mile to make me feel at home. She offered toast and hot macha when I arrived. Great place to stay! Excellent location, lovely rooms and very helpful staff. The staff were very friendly and helped where we needed. The futons were great. Bathrooms were excellent and the laundry facilities very helpful. Terrific place to stay in Kyoto. Very close to convenience stores, restaurants, shops and transport.

If i could give them more than 10 i would say 100. The room is pretty simple, nothing that fancy or expensive but the owners are so kind and welcoming. They were super kind and helpful, the whole stay at the inn was more than awesome. The best hotel of my stay in Japan

Was very spacious for our family of 5. Had everything we needed. Short walk to a Metro station and bus stop - so easy to get around. Nice and clean. Staff were lovely and they were happy to store our luggage on checkout day as we had things booked in before our train out of Kyoto. Would definitely book this again if I travel back to Kyoto.

Really friendly staff !! Great location to explore Kyoto right 2 min walk from nishiki market and lots of shops and 10 min trains to lots of famous tourist sites . Room was clean and comfortable along with all facilities !!
