Beautifully designed room. Very clean. Great facilities even with washing machine for clothes. Lovely central neighbourhood, not too busy but interesting. Comfy beds. Quite spacious. Staff helpfully allowed us to check in early.

This was a really sweet property, it felt special to be able to stay in a more “authentic” property and the location was also great for what we wanted to do in Kyoto. It was clean and well appointed, we really enjoyed our stay!

The owner was very sweet, and even gifted a tea as I left that left my heart warm and so sad to leave. IT was cozy, cute, and quiet, and gave me a taste of traditional Japanese living. There was a convenience store nearby, and it was really in a neighborhood. I really enjoyed having the kitchen and the Tanuki to greet me everyday. It was a very sweet stay.
