The owner of the guesthouse was kind, and above all, he spoke English so well. And the guesthouse was overall atmospheric and clean. The price was so cheap. I miss you again. Always be happy, owner

This was a really nice and comfortable guesthouse/ hostel. It was very clean and had great facilities. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a good location close to the Dogo Onsen.

Shimpei and his family are absolutely lovely. Shimpei would also go out of his way to help you including getting to places and calling tour guides. The guest house is at a great location, walking distance to Dogo Onsen with good transport links. There was also free tea/ coffee/ biscuits and amazing service throughout my stay.

The host was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was right in the heart of dogo onsen. The facilities were clean, and the bed was nice, even had extra blankets and blanket warmers for the winter. The toilets were downstairs but it wasn't too bad. Would highly recommend if you want a cheap hostel near the famous hot springs!

The hostel is near the Dogo Onsen station and you can walk just 3 minutes from the station. The price was also cheap. In the room, the guests are not many and a little quiet.

there is no breakfast, you can use the kitchen if you dare. The host is extremely nice and helpful, and the location you cant beat: a quiet road, directly in the busy center of Dogo Onsen - that is really great! The hostel is very cheap and you get what you pay for, although I must say the beds are very comfortable and the 4 beds per room better than in most places. Also very clean.
