This was by far my favourite stay of my Japan trip. Not only was the guest house absolutely stunning and tastefully furnished, within very close proximity to the deer park, I was welcomed so warmly and it really felt like home for the night I was there. The host was really nice, I asked to stay an extra night in the same room as I wanted to explore more of Nara and it was no problem. Comfy bed and great heating system. Bathroom was very clean and I loved the garden in the middle of the property! I really liked the location as you’re away from the crowds a little bit (not to far from Nara park though) which is nice as exploring Nara park can get a bit overwhelming with the crowds. Near a Japanese supermarket which wad fun to check out and a great Ramen restaurant!
