The hostel is located on an old shopping street — not too busy, but very convenient and worth exploring. It's cozy and clean, and the owner, Riki-san, is incredibly kind and friendly. The bar on the first floor opens at 6 PM, please have a drink and meet local people. I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time.

Everything! Super clean, super cosy, and very comfortable. Me and my friend loved the bathroom and kitchen, especially the beautiful cups and teapots that are free to use by guests. We were also invited to eat a watermelon upon arrival, and who can say no to a tasty, local grown watermelon? Fantastic!

The Guesthouse is comfortable, clean, charming with great service. The staff are helpful and polite. A special thanks to Kobayashi, the owner, who took us to the Gora station and gave us great advice regarding luggage transportation,, which enabled us to have more time during our short stay in Hakone.

A 3-minute bus ride from Hakone Yumoto Station, GuestHouse Azito is set within a Japanese-style main building with Japanese-style rooms. It features an annex, open since March 2017.

Bedroom big, the capsule is actually a room itself - one of the best Hostel I ever stayed, nice location, nice bar downstairs, all very new. The staff very warm, very polite, let us drink our stuffs while we ate the food sold in the bar. Huge locker, hairdryer is good, there is a small fridge between the rooms - very convenient.

The dinner was of great value and a great way to meet and connect with other guests. I loved cooking over hot coals. It was very fun and delicious. The whole building was very beautiful and old. It felt very authentic. The location is great. It is right next to the Hakone Open Air Museum.
