It was close to the train station and close to the old town. The guest house was nice and tidy, with plenty of (indoors) possibility for free time activity (manga library, games and Nintendo) and a nice coffee house. Not to mention the shared kitchen and common room. They were also kind to look after our luggages for the day after we checked out.

Defenitely one of the best places we have been to during our travels.
