This the best stay which you can choose in Dambulla city! The hotel is located in a walk distance from the main road between the rice fields. You will have peace and nature around you. The rooms are great and clean with all necessarcy equipment (hair dryer, hot water, towels etc.). The staff is excelent and really helpful - they will organize everything you need. It’s worth to mention about their restaurant- big portions, delicious food and great prices. If you planning to visit Sigirya/Polonnaruwa - again ask the host. They know the really nice guy with tuk tuk who transport you, show you hidden spots and tell a lot about the neighborhod. As always in a really good price.

Simoya is amazing! The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and so beautifully presented. Our hosts Mahdu and Sinjay looked after us so well, we didn’t want to leave! Such a beautiful family ! The breakfasts and dinner were outstanding , Mahdu is a fantastic cook and there was so much delicious food! The location was excellent and the park grounds just beautiful! Highly recommend

This accommodation is in an outstanding location, situated in beautiful and tranquil natural surroundings. The proximity to Dambulla's main bus station (approximately 10 minutes) was very convenient. The host family demonstrated exceptional hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Their complimentary transportation to the temple, valuable local information, and arrangement of tuk-tuk service to the bus station were particularly appreciated. The diverse and delicious daily breakfasts, free access to refrigeration facilities, and meticulous attention to detail in room preparation (including insect prevention measures) were impressive. I sincerely hope this family will be able to expand their excellent business in the future.

We had a short but wonderful stay at Inundil’s house. He is a great and very kind host who takes excellent care of his guests. He kindly offered to drive us to the Golden Temple, which is just a few minutes from the house, and waited for us to finish the visit to bring us back home, where his wife prepared a delicious dinner in their beautiful garden. We would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

The property is 5-6 min walk from Cargill supermarket and 8-10 min from the city center. Perfect for a quiet stay. The premises are maintained clean. Host is very helpful, he can get you a tuk-tuk to anywhere, arrange safari or Sigiria trips or any other activities.

Great place to stay. Friendly owner, who takes care of all his guests, ensuring they enjoy the stay in his guest house and Sri Lanka. And helping to plan the visit for those who haven't yet specified their plans Place is close to the city centre but in quiet area with no traffic noise. Restaurant with delicious food available (best roti I have ever eat). Tuk tuk and taxi service available. I would recommend it for everyone who plans to visit Dambulla.
