Situated slightly out of the main town, in a very peaceful, quiet location, with views of the countryside, a huge waterfall and a Hindu temple. There is parking for scooters, auto rickshaw and cars. Rajith was an amazing host from the moment we arrived, welcoming us into his home and sharing his knowledge of the area. His hospitality was above and beyond, and breakfast delicious. Perfect stay! Highly Recommend! Host - A lovely family of 4. They are one of the most helpful and kind people I have ever met. They will always try to make your stay great. Their local wisdom is something that made the trip great! Rooms - They have 2 rooms. They are modest with good washroom facility and hot water. They have a kitchen and dining space too. Views - From the rooms, you can get a breath-taking view of tea gardens. You can't see the lake but the tea plantation hill view is more than worth it. Location- although it doesn't show on google maps, but you can walk down to the Lake Gregory easily within 10 mins through a short cut. The hosts will guide you. Convenient location if you wanna stay in Gregory Lake area. PickMe rides and food delivery is available here. The area is extremely quiet too. So if you are here to relax, this is the place!

We liked everything. The guesthouse is beautifully located at the top of the hill, with view on the city and on the surrounding valleys. The room was cozy and cleaned. Romeni welcomed us with a cup of tea, some biscuits and bananas and prepared us a wonderful traditional dinner in their kitchen. The father of Romeni brought us to a 5-hour hiking on the mountains and all along the valleys through the tea plantations, which has been honestly the highlight of our trip to Nuwara Eliya. He is so passionate about nature and wildlife... It has been a pleasure to spend some time with him. All the family is genuinely super kind and helpful. We will come back for sure in the future and we will cherish these memories forever.
