Quiet spot near Lion’s rock. Staff were ready to help at a moment’s notice and ready to fix anything for me. They helped book affordable transport and outings to Pidurangala rock and Minneriya Park. They weren’t upset when I said the WiFi wasn’t fast enough or the eggs were too salty— they helped me fix the problems immediately and I had fast WiFi and tasty eggs! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

In the middle of the jungle, the staff is really nice and helpful, they managed many services for us (tuktuks, bike rental, safari, laundry and even umbrellas during the heavy night rains) We had all our meals there (breakfast was enough for lunch)

We had such a wonderful stay at Yashi’s place. It was clean and comfortable. Harsha went out of his way to make our stay special and as comfortable as possible. His family was so lovely and friendly. We had a delicious dinner cooked by his wife and a scrumptious breakfast every morning. The location is perfect - a short tuktuk ride to all the main attractions (pidirungula rock and lions rock - which Harsha helped us arrange for reasonable prices) and the main strip of shops. We were delighted to catch the peacock on the roof! There are also lots of cute little squirrels on the property. An added bonus is Mr Caffeine just down the alley which has great coffee. Highly recommend staying at Yashi’s place.

Amazing stay! I l strongly recommend this place to any traveler looking for some relaxing atmosphere. The family was very nice and super helpful in helping me to plan my stay. They provided very useful recommendations and help with ordering tuktuk. The food was the best I had in Sri Lanka so far, highly recommend to enjoy your dinner there. The room was very nice and clean, AC, huge bathroom. The garden was very pretty. The guesthouse is located a bit outside of the main road but the village is accessible by foot. Last but not least, I did the safari with the owner, which was one of the best experience I had. Safari was in Hurulu Forest Reserve, a very nice forest, and we saw lots of (baby) elephants. Highly recommended!

Wow my stay here was beyond perfect! I felt at home truly. The hosts are SO welcoming and warm. They gave me the best food, tours, and Sri Lankan experience. The room is HUGE, clean and beautiful. A fantastic place to experience the beauty of Sigiriya. Been travelling big parts of the world and this has to be the most sweet and friendly host I’ve ever had. Him and his family helped us a lot planning and arranging our adventures in Sigiriya. His whole family was super welcoming and helpful. We asked to see the local area and his father drove us around the local area in his TukTuk and showed us many interesting things and views. We paid only 2000 lkr. The place has the perfect and stunning view of the Lion Rock. Nice breakfast and super tasteful dinner along with plenty of water bottles during our stay.
