Really good location, close to Le Morne beach and mountain. Lagonn Island with a beach is also very close. The west side of the island where you can watch the sunset. Very friendly and lovely hosts who prepared great tasty food. The owners of the house will treat you like their own.

I had such a great stay here, everything was just perfect. The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly what I needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even better. We had a wonderful time at Padma Hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is excellent — we loved the veggie curry and the crispy spring rolls! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He shared plenty of great local addresses and even helped us arrange some tours around Mauritius. Property is really ace. Lovely building tucked away on a residential street, easy parking and walking distance to lots of local restaurants, supermarket. Nice pool and rooms are spacious and great. Most of all the host Mathieu is a really great guy and couldn’t have done more for us. Clear instructions, great local tips, flex around check in and out times - just first class. We spent a bunch of time in a big-brand 5* resort before this and honestly now wish we’d stayed only done a couple of nights there max and spent much more time here. Quarter of the price and better overall local experience. Thanks for everything Mat!

The accommodation was truly amazing and I am saying that as a critical person :) We loved the sea view, pool view, La Morne view, location on the hill that is in the middle of the greenary and feels very safe. Bianka was very helpful and gave us instructions on how to get there (road closure) and then organized the dolphin watching trip for us (always responded quickly). We loved to get up and look at the see or swim in the pool with our kids watching the Mauritian flying fox upon sunset.
