A spacious and comfortable apartment, with a parking space and a fenced outdoor area that our little dog really appreciated. Very well stocked by the kind and thoughtful Mrs. Bettina, who even left us some treats in the fridge, including crackers with pâté, cake, butter, and jam. Located in the quiet and pleasant village of Oudeschild, where we highly recommend trying the fish at De Oude Vismarkt (the oysters are amazing!) and taking a walk along the sea to Fort de Schans. Given the quality offered, the apartment is much more affordable than the average in Texel.

It's a first time when a property was larger than on the pictures!! 🔥🔥🔥 (I traveled a lot and can say this! 😁) I absolutely loved my stay there. When I came in, I felt like at home immediately - it was so cozy! Everything is equipped with big care. Design is lovely, I felt so comfortable. Hans is so friendly, he cared about everything. It was so warm inside (I'm writing this review in the winter). I wanted to see the island but the weather was not too good, I wasn't too lucky there. But even sitting in the cozy accomodation when there have been the wind and rain outside was also a pleasure! It was warm and calm. I loved it ❤️‍🔥

The room was great, everything, including toilet, shower and bathroom, was very clean. Just enough space to sleep (comfortable beds) and change clothes. A cup of coffee or tea was included. It was Kings Day when we arrived, so we didn't see the host untill the next day, but that was not a problem. The door was open en the key on the inside when we arrived. Very affordable and perfect for us, as we just needed a place to sleep and shower put our luggage as we toured the island and went horseriding.

The hosts are so lovely, welcoming and hospitable. We had such a great time, the space was beautiful and cozy with everything we needed. The locations was lovely and quiet and close enough to town for a couple without a car. The bikes were great and are a wonderful way to explore Texel!
