We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It is owned by a lovely family, Nazanin and Masoud, who were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our visit. The place truly feels like home: comfortable, peaceful, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious and clean, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. The location is also very convenient, as it’s not too far from the city center and surrounded by everything you might need. The villa also has a large, well-equipped shared kitchen, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking, as well as a shared laundry machine for guests to use. It’s worth noting that guests are responsible for their own cleaning, as there is no daily cleaning service provided. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Oman.

The host, Damaris, was simply charming and really made you feel welcome like a guest in her home. The room was enormous and clean, price very reasonable, and for a couple of Reals she offers a simple but tasty Arabic breakfast. Could we have it early one day as we were going out on a trip? No problem at all. Muscat is an odd, sprawling city, with no real sense of a centre, except the Mutrah old area. In some ways this house is in the middle of nowhere, yet a lovely beach with great sunsets is just a short walk away, and the nearby restaurant, Ramssa, is superb. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

I absolutely loved hearing the waves the waves at night from my room and the beach being just a few steps away. Qantab itself is such a gem and Salaam is nestled perfectly between the mountains, but still close to the city. Also, stunning hikes close by!

I loved the privacy and comfort of this apartment, I felt much more free than in a hotel. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Al Mouj Marina and 10 minutes from the airport, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. Communication with the host was very easy, and they were super kind and helpful. All was clean and new. I will definitely stay here again for longer time. It is also good for groups, as there are other independent rooms around.
