Frank was AMAZING! The hotel is a small boutique and truly lives up to its title. Frank was incredibly nice, highly communicative, and a lovely person overall. I absolutely adored his guidebook. Everything was clean and surprisingly well-maintained. While breakfast wasn't extravagantly fancy, it was satisfying enough. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Lima.

This location worked out perfectly for us during our short stay in Lima. Our host Ofelia was very friendly and helpful from arranging our airport transfers, guiding us with taxis, etc always going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Room was as advertised.

great location in miraflores, very clean (apart from some renovations that have been going on during my visit, but the staff made sure to keep the place as peaceful and clean as possible), good daily breakfast, welcoming owners and friendly staff. i had a little room with a shared bathroom, which was equipped with soap etc. the big common area upstairs is comfy to hang out, read, nap, work, study, etc. there is also a shared kitchen, and free filtered water around the house. lovely dog.
