The staff was very friendly adn the location is on a quite area and the locals are smiley and friendly. But the real 10 here is the owner, Pieter who really makes you feel like home. He is helpfull in any way you can imagine, plus he is a pleasant person, i had lots of exciting conversations with him. He makes your visit super pleasant, plus he was a good friend :) Pieter really makes this place a 10/10

Everything! The room was just like the pictures and well equipped (small kitchen, smart TV, good WiFi connection, toiletries, hot shower). There was even a water refill. The host is very helpful and responsive by message. Perfect location as well : 10 minutes by foot from both beach (white beach and bulabog beach).

You can see the ocean from the front porch and it is only a minute to get to the ocean. Bulabog Beach has a great breeze that helps cool you off through the heat of the day. It is also quite scenic with all the windsurfers. The room had a kitchen and we were able to save money by cooking many of our own meals. We loved the neighborhood so much that we were looking for a place to purchase in the area.

Great place! location is of course the best u could ask for - right on the kite beach the food, service, cleaning andgeneral atmosphere is realy good and friendly i spent 2 weeks and realy recommend it!

I wished that I could've stayed longer here. If I were to come back to Boracay, I'll definitely stay here again. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room, oh, it was spacious, I love it. It has a fan and a sink separate from the bathroom. The bed and pillow were so comfy that I had such a pleasant sleep. The location is so convenient when you step out, a seafood restaurant and a nice cafe. A few steps away from the beach or to the main road. I love my stay overall!
