Everything was great! The garden was on spot 😍, big fresh cherries 🍒, apricot, mulberry, pears 🍐, and grapes 🍇. A stream of fresh water from sadpara lake flows just behind our guest house. Siraj bhai (the host) is so cooperative, you can literally tell him anything you want and you will get it, whether it’s taxi, or fresh cherry from garden, or food from a restaurant of your choice, or utensils for kitchen, or chair in your balcony, or barely cooked half-fry for your infant!! 🤯 🥰 The room has a shared kitchen that you can use for daily needs like making tea, or preparing baby food or preparing full meals (one family downstairs was literally cooking all meals for their family there) and you can get even juicer on-demand.

Writing a review is not something I normally do but but my last stay, I feel, deserves a few lines at the very least. During the past 5 years I have travelled frequently to many different parts of the world and have experienced a whole range of accommodation types which include luxury hotels and guest houses. I can say with all sincerity that I do not recall a more peaceful and comfortable stay to the one I experienced at HIKK Inn Guest house. The atmosphere was welcoming, warm and relaxed and I only wish I had been able to stay longer. The family who managed the property was very friendly and greeted me each morning with a warm smile. I would recommend this guest house without hesitation.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved my room, it was pleasant, spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is very good, not far from Skardu airport. Staff are very friendly. Ameer and his family made me feel at home. They were always very kind and helpful, they would go out of their way to help. Whenever I required transport Ameer would help, advise and arrange. I was picked from and dropped off to Skardu airport. The breakfast was served whenever I asked and was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Northlander Guest House and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained every little detail showed care and attention. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay even more relaxing. The guest house’s location was perfect peaceful yet close to main attractions, cafes, and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home, offering helpful local tips and ensuring everything I needed was available. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Arsalan was an exceptional host and took great care of me during my stay. From the scrumptious green tea and cookie on arrival through to the unforgettable tours that he took me on with excellent value. And when I came down with food poisoning from a local eatery, he went over and above to ensure I was taken care of and nursed back to health. Furthermore, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi was top notch for this region. Also the shower had excellent hot water and they have solar power so any local power outages will not disrupt you. They also have an additional cafe on site where you can enjoy local and international cuisine from their local chef. Skardu is an amazing place and if you have the opportunity to visit, there is no other place I recommend more because honestly Arsalan deserves to have this place booked out every night. I feel so privileged to have stayed here and meet such a gracious host and his lovely and warm family.

Great hospitality, Mr Hussain is a great host suggesting activities around Skardu, organizing transportation when leaving town and responding to any demand you may have. Nice family guesthouse with relaxing courtyard. Many good restaurants nearby.
