It is a little diamond of a place. We had the best sleep - comfy bed and it was so quiet. Lovely view from the balcony. It’s the perfect location….Terra Nostra is just around the corners. At the most 15 min east to the Caldeiras o Vulcōes, 10 min walk to the gorgeous Poça da Dona Beija. We walked to the lake and it was about 25 min away. The room was spacious. A bonus that there are towels to take to the pools available in the room. We dined in the restaurant below….which was very tasty local produce plus the best service. The communication with Graça was superb…very quick and always helpful and accommodating. You can cook in the kitchen….we didn’t as we like to support the local business and try the local food. It’s a true 5*.

The guest house is in a very central location of Furnas, and has a very nice and modern interior. The room was comfortable, equipped with private bathroom, AC, TV, hairdryer etc. The shared kitchen is modern and well equipped as well. Everything was super clean, and the owner very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze with a key deposit box at the door. Thank you, Victoria Guest House, for a lovely time in Furnas!

Really a great place to stay. the rooms and kitchen are clean and elizabeth is really helpful with everything popping out. the location of the house is also perfect. right in the middle. everything is a 30-50 min tops to all the main places.

All was clean and nicely prepared. The main for our child was hot tub! Wich we also have enjoyed. Ouner Tetiana was very friendly and neat. Vacation 90% of vacation was done due to this apartment!

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A little heater and fan were provided. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good variety. Easy street parking. Friendly staff, Carol waved us in when we were walking down the street with our suitcase looking for the door.
