Typical building in the middle of everything. Aircon was a plus on a 39C heat. Staff very helpful and had lot of good tips too.

An elegant property very close to the old city. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The whole staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic; a huge buffet spread of everything imaginable, and on top of that, a la carte main courses on offer as well. The Palacio had some many nice touches and 'spaces', including the large garden and pool, the bar area out front, the back patio etc. So glad we chose to spend a few nights here.

Absolutely stunning place - a beautiful farmhouse and winery with a great swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Owner was very friendly, welcoming and helpful - the location is great for exploring Braga, Guimaraes, Porto and Geres, and the wines produced here are amazing! Really nice place to stay

The room was fabulous, very comfortable and stylish and it was great to have the lower terrace. The breakfast room was great for doing some work. The staff were so helpful, it felt as though nothing was too much effort.

The place is very nice, like a little castle, it has much space, furnished with taste with love, love the room number 6. All the bathrooms and kitchen very modern and convenient, much space and 2 big fridges. Almost 15 years I come in Guimarães for work, and hotel rooms are quite very sad, like hospital rooms quite sometimes. This place is typical Portuguese charm with very good energy inside and much taste. Place very clean all well organised for a perfect stay.
