Everything was excellent from the friendly welcome to the superb breakfast every moning. Great location for visiting Monsaraz and Alqueva river beaches. The house itself is very interesting , loved the rustic style decor too. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly welcome and service. They even booked an appointment at the observatory around the corner for the same night. Even though the weather was not ideal, the whole place looked wonderful and well taken care of.

An ideal location if you just want to switch off from all the troubles in the world. Almost total silence except for the noises of nature. Marcia is a lovely friendly lady and nothing seems to be too much trouble. She makes sure your stay is as perfect as can be. The owner is a lovely friendly lady and it was our pleasure to stay for a few nights. We will definitely return. An ideal location with a wonderful view of Monsaraz Castle. 10/10
