Beautiful quiet countryside location. Spacious bright clean rooms. Large shower with ample hot water. Breakfast included good food options. It was very chilly outside but the heater in the room allowed us to control the conditions. Staff turned down our beds while we were at dinner. When we returned we found they had also put hot water bottles under the covers to warm up. Nice touch!

An ideal location if you just want to switch off from all the troubles in the world. Almost total silence except for the noises of nature. Marcia is a lovely friendly lady and nothing seems to be too much trouble. She makes sure your stay is as perfect as can be. The owner is a lovely friendly lady and it was our pleasure to stay for a few nights. We will definitely return. An ideal location with a wonderful view of Monsaraz Castle. 10/10

We loved staying here at Casa Pinto. It was such a treat to be in this amazing old village in such a beautiful room. The rooftop balcony was amazing!!! Breakfast was also great and we had lots of choices of what to eat.

Cozy space in a quiet and beautiful location. Super friendly staff, exemplary cleanliness, very nice swimming pool open 24 hours, good Wi-Fi, terrace in the room asking for a few minutes of contemplation of the unique night sky in Alqueva. Very good breakfast and the staff don't miss anything. It has a common area that allows you to make barbecue, or heat food in a microwave. The relative proximity to the beach river of Azenhas del Rei and Monsaraz, makes the stay complete. 10 stars
