Exceptional guest house in wonderful location in heart of old town, Cristina was so welcoming and the room was so spacious, enormous king size bed, great linen, towels etc. I was able to use washing machine, but the host also offered to wash/dry clothing for a modest fee. There is a great kitchen, so well equipped, coffee machine and sitting area.

Even though it’s not directly in Ponte de Lima, I stayed here during my Camino – and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The owner herself picked me up in the city, so I didn’t have to walk any further. From the very first moment, I felt comfortable and welcome at the hotel. High-quality furnishings, absolute cleanliness, and a certain feeling of coming home. But what truly makes this place special is the extraordinary warmth and hospitality of the entire family. Every wish was fulfilled – effortlessly – and the next morning there was a wonderful breakfast. One day, I will definitely come back – thank you for the amazing hospitality!

A unique experience in a historical yet modern building. Our room, placed on the top floor, had a majestic view of the old town. Extremely quiet, above roof of other buildings so you get a good night's sleep at the epicenter of the old fort. The living quarters and the sleep, although shared with one other guest, has everything you need to feel at home. Central to everything, and 3 mins from the famous roman bridge. Our host was quick to answer to all our needs and a very kind and genuine person who above all else excels in accommodating all your needs.

I want to thank the owners of this house for such a beautiful and nicely decorated hotel. I felt like home, it was so cosy, clean and beautiful with all necessary things inside. The lady cleaned my clothes. And they did not ask me to go away after official check in time. I was so tired after my 1 walking day at Camino 37 km, that I needed that rest and they gave me this possibility. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Absolutely loved our stay, everything was clean, lovely big towels were a treat on Camino. Right in the city centre, not far to the bus station (we went to Braga for a few hours). We could check in earlier which was amazing.
