The owners were very nice and gave us super advises , where to go to eat or what to visit in the area. We felt like being home. I am on glutenfree diet and they were so nice to make me even glutenfree pancakes for breakfast. I absolutely recommend the place, if you visit the Bohinj lake.

The hosts were the most friendly, accomodating and welcoming hosts we have ever stayed at. The room was beautiful, with a nice shower, tv and fridge. There was a small kitchen where you can cook. And the guesthouse itself also made (slovenian and pizza) food at the bar. Every morning a nice big breakfast table was set up. At new year's eve we signed up for the new year's dinner, it was mindblowingly good, interesting and unique flavours, 5 courses and the waiter complemented the dishes with selected Slovenian wines. The area was beautiful, a bit secluded from the touristic area which made for a nice quiet stay. Touristic places are near, only 40 minutes driving to lake Bohinj or to lake Bled, which, considering the route through the mountain nature scenery, driving is a treat on its own. Ljubljana is also just one hour away, therefor this spot is ideal if you want to see more of Slovenia from one homely base. All in all there is nothing that could have made this trip better than it was.
