Location old town, only 4 rooms in 100-year-old house rich with character, the most accomodating hosts I've ever encountered. Perfect English, well-education young man with a ton of experienced recommendations. I arrived late and there was a note for me on the door, complete with wifi password. Fabulous breakfast! Coffe available 6 a.m.

This is a very, very cozy apartment. It has a lot of nice little things thought out. Such a caring approach is not often found in rented housing. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and bright enough. The air conditioning and internet are working fine. The kitchen was small, but it was convenient to cook in it. The beds are very comfortable. There were no unpleasant delays. We are very happy with our stay in this place. Thank the hosts

Everything was great! Big room and bathroom, everything clean and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the old town (10 min by scooter), but there’s a bus stop nearby and you can use Grab to get anywhere. Since it’s a residential area it’s very quiet at night.

Staff were very helpful and caring. Provided bottles of water on arrival and during stay. Location is great as it’s in a quieter area compared to other hotels but still has really good restaurants nearby. Can easily travel to places of interest including via boat which is a 3 min walk away. Every time I come here the room is also very clean and bed is so comfy. Highly recommend for first time visitors to Bangkok. One of the best places to stay in Asia in my opinion.

Loved everything, location is great in the middle of Chinatown. Near Metrostation and in a quiet street. I loved the rice dishes as breakfast but you can have toast too if you’re no up for it.
