Nice big room with good showering facilities. Easy contact free check in. The room was very clean

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything works, the lighting, big screen TV, toilet, air-conditioner, mini fridge. The host was responsive, it was easy to deal with, instructions were very clear and I could access the house and the room quite smoothly. Location is very strategic, just a couple of blocks away from the main road and access to public transport.

Never, never, nẻver boôk this place. This is a homestay but no one welcome you. I booked this place and paid the rental fee to Booking.com. But when I came thêre, i could not come in the house. No one welcome me. Luckily, a guest who was staying there talked to me that i had to pay deposit first and they will give me a code to come in the house and the room. After some minutes, i pàid deposit of 104USD, they sent me a long email on how to check in and check out. I could come in my room after haft an hour. The day after, i asked them if i could check out at 12pm, they rêjected. If i check out at 12pm, i had to pay 25USD for late check out. I asked them if i can leave my luggages in the house in the morning and returned to get it in the afternoon, they sàid they do not have lugguage keeping service. I had no choice to end my trip in Philadenphia earlier and took my luggage out of the house at 11am the next morning. All the conversation was through email, no one called me. For my deposit, they said they would refund me in 7-8days after check out. I waited but did not receive it. After 2 weeks, i sent email to remind them to refund my deposit. They said sôrry not able to refund me in time due to many transactions they were handling and talked would proceed the refund immediately. However, another passed but i did not get my deposit, i sent them email to remind them, some days later, i rêcieved my deposit, but it is only 100usd, instead of 104usd. I asked them why i received only 100usd, they said the bank subtracted 4usd for transaction fee. Totally disappointef!
