Juan, Rafael, and Karen were amazing hosts. The place was quaint and beautifully presented. They really cared about their guests and were keen to make sure that our stay was perfect. Juan cooked breakfast each morning, including home cooked bread, cakes, omlette, jams, and other savoury treats . There was an option to have a home cooked dinner. Karen is an amazing cook also. We enjoyed an authentic Brazilian dinner and had a bottle of Uruguayan red wine. Rafael is their 19 year old son, and he stays there during his summer break. His help and kindness were really appreciated. He speaks perfect English, as well as Spanish & Portuguese. He was always happy to talk with us and give us information about the area. Juan was also enthusiastic, and we managed to communicate with our limited Spanish and also with Rafaels help. They also provided deck chairs, beach umbrellas, and towels for our day on the beach.

Run by a delightful couple this small posada is a great find in Punto del Diablo. Each room has a little terrace with a hammock where a delicious breakfast is brought to you. It’s a little way out of the main town making it a peaceful spot.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Punta Del Diablo, Hué Hostel is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Really nice and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and nice. They also gave me a lift to the terminal station. Clean bathrooms, close to the beach. Also the availability of the breakfast was so nice as the place is quite remote. I would definitely stay again.

Viviana was super kind and helpful. The cottage included kitchen supplies, which were very useful. We got to spend great quality time in the collective rest area, reading books and getting sunshine in the hammocks.

Breakfast was great. The accomodation is rustic, that is basic but charming, and terrific value for money. What is really exceptional is the warmth, kindness and helpfulness of Ampay and Guillame.

At Posada de la Viuda, each room has a private bathroom, with cable TV, safe box, and air conditioning. Continental Breakfast it is included, and there is WiFi and parking are free of charge.

Such a cool Bungalow ! Would highly recommend. Cozy place , Beautiful crisp, clean and modern interiors, comfortable beds, balconies overlooking the garden, a sizeable shower, and an unbeatable breakfast - by far the best one on our trip through Uruguay ! Fantastic place! Location was good, room was tidy and cute, and the staff was so friendly and provided tips about stuff do do, eat etc in the area. HIGHLY recommended! :)
