Perfect Location for the fishing Village & red sand dunes , and a nice quiet edge of town location, just a short walk or taxi to the bars . The lady who runs it is amazing, super friendly & helpful and makes a great coffee and eggs & fruit breakfast. atmosphere at this place is lovely just a few other travellers nice and relaxed but friendly.

The owner Son is one of the kindest people I met during my Vietnam trip. I did 3 days of kitesurfing lessons at his school, and every morning he got me and my girlfriend some iced coffee to start our day at the beach. Rooms are clean and big, outdoor shower is beautiful.

Very nice and quiet guesthouse! The rooms are very spacious and the owners and staff are sooo friendly and helpful. The pool area is amazing with clean water, great for a relaxing afternoon during the hottest hours of the day. We also ate breakfast (pancakes with fresh fruit) and they were the best ones we had in Asia!
