We arrived at dusk in a tired and wet state after a sorry experience at a wildlife park on a very rainy day.Dear Leafy gave us such a welcome it helped revive our spirits, just what we needed. Lana showed us around the stunning hotel and our amazing room with spectacular view. We were really looked after. We were able to order a pizza and purchase a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were friendly and the service exceptional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One on Bollard, along with the lovely accommodation and high standard of everything in the rooms, the hosts really did made this an extra special visit, making sure we would enjoy our time in the local area just as much as that spent within the accommodation. Personal touches were appreciated and special breakfasts were fantastic! Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Knysna.

We loved our stay at Moncrieff Manor. Kevin was a wonderful host and the hotel was great. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. There's a great view of the estuary as well. It's in a safe, convenient location with close access to the downtown area. Kevin gave us great recommendations of things to do in the surrounding area and even helped us get a booking for one activity that we couldn't sort on our own. I highly recommend Moncrieff Manor if you're planning to visit Knysna or the surrounding areas.
