I had to spend the night in Komatipoort due to a work trip, and discovering this guesthouse was a truly pleasant surprise. Not only is it in an excellent location, but it also because the beautiful, and peaceful environment. I usually have trouble sleeping, but here I slept better than I had in a long time. The owners, Carlos and María, are genuinely kind and welcoming people. On top of that, the price is incredibly reasonable. I had already visited Kruger Park several times for holidays, always staying inside the park: but now, without a doubt, I’ll be staying here instead. In short: a place I wholeheartedly recommend.

We did enjoy an excellent stay! The property is in excellent condition, very neat and clean. The facilities available counter load shedding as far as possible. What a blessing! The location of the property is remarkably close to the main shopping venues. The property also provides easy access to Lebombo Border Post and the Kruger National Park (Crocodile Bridge gate). Excellent value for money!!

Bernadette and her team are super friendly and welcoming. The room was massive and very comfortable and the location is very cool. So close to the river to walk and see the Hippos, Kudu, Mongoose, Impala and more. Bernadette was more than happy to help and answer every question i had even before and after my stay. Will gladly stay there again.

We spent 2 amazing days in the cottage. Jose is very-very friendly. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. It was like a home for us. It’s absolutely clean and very cozy. There is a braai zone and a big table outside so we had all our meals breathing fresh air. One of the most fascinating things was animals that came to the cottage. It’s not far away from the Crocodile Gate, near 20 km. I hope we return here one day in the future
