The building was new, with a beautiful balcony and a clean, bright bathroom. We felt it was at least a 4-star hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, just the sound of a stream from the outside. The staff were super nice and helpful in providing some information. We also liked breakfast with many options, many types of bread, vegetables, fruits, cereal and so on. A nice and useful thing was also a fridge (in the hallway) to store some food.

Very, very nice place with fireplace in living room, you really feel Austria and Mountain, very closed to slopes, restaurants and apres ski. The hosts are eager to give you all the information and they make your stay amazing. We recomand Auszeit!

Swimming Lake Pichl is located 1 km from the property, and hiking trails start on the doorstep. The hotel is located in the mountains. The room has a beautiful view. The owner keeps the property super clean. We got a card with a lot of discounts on things to do around. The breakfast is wonderful!
