A beautifully furnished and finished living space. Honestly one of the nicest private accommodations I’ve ever seen. Kitchen, furnishings, bathrooms, bedrooms, all very tasteful. Fantastic large space to all share a meal or relax in the lounge. VERY reasonable price for the quality and size. Short drive to shops in Gosford. Do yourself a favour, skip the grotty motels and hotels in the area. It’s still strategically close to the highway, and being set amongst a quiet equestrian facility makes it a nice experience. I will stay again 100%. Elsa and Joel are good folks.

Loved the double/queen beds in each room. Loved that there was a kettle & BBQ. The tea supplies were a lovely touch. We appreciated the air conditioning & that it was turned on for our arrival (especially on such a hot day). It was nice that there was a fan & power board in the cupboard.

The room was clean and same with the bathroom and I’m glad there was aircon in there. Free WiFi was available and the tv was easy navigate and didn’t just have normal tv channels on it. I expected it to be noisier downstairs at the pub but it wasn’t really.
